The Winnipeg based  Canadian Ladies Bandy team lost their first match at the World Ladies Bandy Championship being held in Borlange, Sweden by a 10 - 1 score to defending Champions Sweden on Wednesday morning  .  Andrea Ferguson scored Canada's lone goal in the 44th minute.  Canada plays again  Wednesday evening  against Russia
